Our School Leadership Team worked with the 3NBCTs implementing our SIP Plan and action steps. Specifically, these ladies supported our goals around developing data systems. One of the highlights of our work with the 3NBCTs is the emergence of our student leaders team. The ladies worked with a group of students for two full years to enhance their leadership skills and potential. It is something that we were able to build upon and still have in our school. What is most original about working with the 3 NBCTs is that they came to us fully wanting to know what our school needed to work on. They did not have an agenda or any other ideas other than what our school needed to move forward with given our data. They listened and then crafted a plan to support.
